    Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase. 

     

    BACKORDERED ITEMS

    If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the following options: choose a different product, cancel the backordered item, or have it shipped to you when it’s available. The payment for the full amount of your order will be processed immediately and the rest of your in-stock items will ship at the time of purchase.

     

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Each light is unique and sold seperately, therefore shipping costs may vary depending upon size and weight. 

     

    GROUND SHIPPING

    Up to 7 Business Days (does not include processing time). Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via USPS. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Kimberly By Design accepts unused and undamaged returns from online orders within 30 days of purchase accompanied by receipt. Please email hello@kimberlybydesign.com with your order number and billing zip code.
